I’ve been working with Rob for a couple of years now. He continues to challenge me during our sessions.
Initially, he helped me with my form and technique, and showed me how to use the equipment properly and safely. Now we work on setting monthly goals, and train to achieve those. These goals include, hitting personal records on bench press, squats, etc.

Rob has also helped with my nutrition. I highly recommend Rob if you’re interested in losing weight, gaining muscle, or want to become more physically fit.
