As the founder of REC Performance Training, Rob's unique fitness perspective permeates the entire gym. Rob carefully handpicked every piece of equipment and brought his vision of a private personal training gym to life.

With over a decade of personal training experience, Rob sets himself apart with his background as a former football player and powerlifter.

Rob designs fitness programs for his clients that focus on core activation, dynamic warm-up, corrective training, and progressions, with an emphasis on strength and muscle building. The fitness journey with Rob and REC Performance Training reflects his passion for fitness and his ability to help individuals conquer life's challenges. He believes in training hard, having fun, and using fitness to improve one's overall well-being. The harder we push ourselves in the gym, the better equipped we are to handle life's obstacles.
